Order and Delivery Process

1. Following initial consultation, a formal quotation valid for 30 days will be provided to include all cost of goods, shipping and taxes *(installation where required).
2. 50% deposit of the total quotation is due within 7 days of quote issuance.
3. 50% balance to be paid 7 days prior to agreed shipping date.
4. Average lead times are 8 - 10 weeks excluding shipping. Airfreight can be quoted for a faster delivery.
5. All products will be delivered in protective packaging suitable to product type. Purchaser will be responsible for disposal.
6. Any defects need to be reported within 48 hours of signed receipt of products. Whilst we have been delivering gaming products around the world for many years, sometimes things out of our control occur. We take these rare incidents seriously and are committed to ensuring our customers are always delighted.
